Mana island - Fiji

So, let's start at this time with photos from the website... Because of these pictures we choosed this island to spend 3 days... the last day of 2005 and the first days of 2006... :)

Sooooooooooo, now my pictures!

So... Hello boys and girls... Let's go to Mana island...
(with our privat flight... first time in a seaplan!)
wow! it is soooooooooooo exciting, isn't it?!?!?

I really enjoyed it! And on top, we had a french pilot! So funny! The world is really smalllll!

The view from above.... All the small islands.. and the corall coast around...

Small islands bellow... So small, that not even trees on it... :)

And finally... after 12 minutes of flight... this is Mana island... our destination...
Looks nice... Even if it cloudy a bit... The color of the water is amasing... And from here we can check out the best places for snorkelling! :)

well... in one peace arrived... :) and the landing was not so hard as I imagined... was nice... and than just floating on the water around... :)

But you have to make sure, that your flight doesn't float around or away... haha...

And he just leave us at the beach... hmmm

First look around... still cloudy a bit... only 8.15 AM... so, it is ok...

And the night entertainment... It is really powerfull!!!

So... if we went to see the last sunset of 2005... we had to see the beginning of the new year!

And than let's go submarine! Wow... It is scary if you look down next to the reef!
A lot of sharks around! Yes! We have seen one! But we were lucky, he was only on the bottom and not moving!

Like small roses on the bottom... with planty of blue fishes around... but all of them swimm away when they hear the sound of the submarine...

On the island there are so many possibilities for watersport!

so... this is a really small island...

and this is the shape of Mana island from the boat, leaving with us...

The boat takes a couple of additional people on the way back... in fact it stop at each island...

There are still some activities on small islands like this as well... could be fun... (for 1 hour!)
